B.S. | Nutrition & Dietetics | Simmons University
Dietetic Internship | Brigham and Women’s Hospital

I’m a Registered Dietitian but, first and foremost, I am a person who loves helping other people feel better. I have undergone extensive education and training at prestigious institutions, including completion of undergraduate and graduate degrees at Simmons University and a dietetic internship at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. I have acquired a vast array of clinical and counseling experiences, working with both adult and pediatric populations with a variety of health concerns. At the core of everything I do, I am passionate about helping people achieve their health goals, from recovering from an eating disorder to improving cholesterol levels, while improving their relationship with food and finding joy in eating.

Beyond my clinical skills, I am simply a person who loves getting to know people deeply. I enjoy learning the full picture of another person’s life, including their personality, preferences, personal history, current circumstances, and future goals. As a nutrition counselor, I am thrilled every day to be able to marry my interpersonal skills with my clinical expertise to provide comprehensive care plans that actually work for my clients.
